  •     Supporting & guiding branches in day-to-day operational matters.
  •     Effectively handling and monitoring activities initiated by Head Office Operations.
  •     Monitoring and supervising branch operations and staff.
  •     Carrying out system and procedural reviews of all related operational matters.
  •     Frequently visiting branches to check & ensure controls & service delivery at branches.
